They’ve allowed Joe Biden out of his quarters again, and as usual, he’s fumbling and bumbling all over the place.
He tried to give a speech about the problem restaurants are facing due to COVID but he couldn’t read his teleprompter again, he also attempted to answer a question and couldn’t get the words out.
Biden had a rough, rough day today. On a scale of 1-10, his is energy level was at about a “minus 5,” and that’s being generous.

And speaking of “rough,” it looks like Biden had a rough go of it…Reporter Tom Elliot from “Grabien Media” actually noticed a good-size lump and scrape on the side of Biden’s head.
He even tweeted out a screenshot from today’s “presser” and tagged Jen Psaki in it. Take a look:
Looks to me like Joe probably fell (again). We all know that Joe is having trouble walking lately.
And even when he’s not desperately trying to maneuver the stairs, he always looks shaky on his feet – and it appears to be getting worse by the day.
Not sure if this is a fresh wound, old age, or something from all his past brain surgeries, but it’s likely that we’ll be told that it’s from a “childhood stutter” and there’s nothing to worry about.
